Whether you’ve been planning your wedding or other special event for months and just need some expert advice and reassurance to calm your nerves or you are at the beginning of the planning process and would like some direction and guidance before the stress kicks in, this virtual one hour consultation call is for you!
Through this service, I’ll provide independent third party feedback, recommendations and questions for you to consider that you may not have thought of.
If you are not sure about whether you need an event planner or on the day coordinator, this is a great and accessible way to receive advice without committing to a full service and may also help determine whether a planner and/or coordinator is something you would like to explore further.

2. Vendor sourcing and selection
This includes researching and outreaching to vendors, compiling quotes and providing recommendations of vendors that meet your needs and budget.
3. Event management
This is where I refine the event planning process to save you the back and forth emails, calls and messages from vendors. I manage all the communication with your vendors, including meetings and site visits, and keep you readily informed on the progress and establish a timeline that keeps you aware of key milestones in the process and when you need to make decisions. We provide ongoing consultation, advice and budget management. Closer to the day, I set-up all your final meetings with vendors and develop the run sheet that will be used by all your vendors to ensure the day runs seamlessly.
4. On the day coordination
The event day is here! I am on the ground to make sure that the day is perfectly executed so that all you need to do is sit back and enjoy celebrating. I oversee bump in and set-up with vendors, facilitate all the key formalities of the event and ensure a smooth bump out.
